Luíza Albuquerque sees her life collapse after her daughter runs away from the altar. Shortly after, in an increasingly stifling relationship, she receives a fatal sentence: she has only one year to live, and no amount of money in the world, which she has accumulated – not always in the best way – will be able to save her. Faced with this revelation, she decides to be happy in the short time she has left, even if it means ruining the lives of her sisters and her own daughter.
