Yanagisawa Hiroto, a former professional baseball player was once a star home run hitter for the Dragons, but after losing his wife to a sudden illness received a notice that he was let go from the team. The story unfolds as he decides he can’t let his “home run life” come to an end and tries out for a team. However, instead of joining a professional baseball team, he’s directed to become a “sacrifice bunt man” in an ordinary company, where his role is to create opportunities for others.
