R-Shitei (R-指定, September 10, 1991) is a Japanese rapper and actor born in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. He is a member of the Japanese Hip-Hop groups Creepy Nuts and Umeda Cypher. His real name is Kyōhei Nogami (野上恭平, Nogami Kyōhei).
